PROTON-2914 Improve visibility into the Delivery State outcomes
Provide some marker interfaces for Accepted, Rejected, Released, Modified and
Transactional
in order to allow for simpler access to information in outcomes like Modified
and Rejected
where the data in those outcomes can be useful for determining the reason for
those.
