The official QPID Broker-J is currently x86 only. Providing an ARM image would
allow the container to be ran without a translation layer on ARM machines. i.e.
MacOS ARM, AWS Graviton, Raspberry Pis, etc...
I'm currently using the Docker image for integration testing on a team of
mostly MacOS users. Apple's planning on getting rid of their translation layer
in the next couple years. Which is the impetus for this ticket.
