Tomas Vavricka updated QPID-8744:
---------------------------------
    Description:
Jackson ObjectMapper is thread-safe for both reads and writes once constructed,
but relatively expensive to create. The codebase has several locations where
new ObjectMapper() is called per method invocation. These should be replaced to
private static final fields.

Main affected classes are:
 # AttributeValueConverter
 # RestServlet
 # QueryServlet
 # ManagementInputConverter
 # ConfiguredObjectBinding
 # ReplicatedEnvironmentFacade
 # AbstractJDBCConfigurationStore
 # AbstractJDBCPreferenceStore
 # HttpManagement
 # UpgradeFrom7to8
