It's a simple test program with minimal dependencies. When I wrote it
initially it only depended on the lowest level of the rdma code and none
of the qpid code (this was deliberate). I think it has sprouted some
qpid dependencies now so this is less important.
Any particular reason cout is worse than the qpid logging in this role?
