If the CLFS recovery replays a set of operations on a message which results in
its removal from the list of valid messages (for example, it is dequeued from
all queues) there's an error in handling the C++ iterators working through the
recovery operations - in debug mode this results in the C++ runtime throwing an
error about mismatched iterators. In Release mode it will either hang or crash.
