Description:
QPID-2471 excluded tests FailoverBeforeConsumingRecoverTest and RecoverTest
from the JavaExcludes files. The comment in the Jira indicates that this was
a temporary step but this has never been reverted.
I wonder it is still correct for these tests to remain excluded?
Under the java.0.10 profile all tests pass:
