The tools directory contains various classes that are used for constructing
performance tests.
These classes should be modified to work with the new addressing syntax.
Also these classes should be more script friendly to allow test scripts to use
them in a variety of situations with minimum configuration.
Currently these classes rely heavily on JVM args.
It would be good if these classes could take at least the host, port and
address as program arguments as well.
