qpid/packaging/windows/installer.proj is a MSBuild project that builds an
installable Windows kit. The MSBuild steps can't build vcproj and csproj files
in the same step/solution, so attempting to build all of
qpid/cpp/bindings/qpid/dotnet/org.apache.qpid.messaging.sln can get the
org.apache.qpid.messaging project, but not
org.apache.qpid.messaging./sessionreceiver. I'd like to add a
org.apache.qpid.messaging.sessionreceiver.sln file that builds only the
sessionreceiver dll.
