Update example scripts for perl binding.

Hi
I had updated the perl qpid example scripts. The overall changes are:
- use getOptions in all scripts.
- Parse "connectionOptions" variable in hash instead of string.
- fix some small typo mistakes I made.
- fix the setProperty function in spout.pl
- perltidy
