when adding federation between A and B with Exchange Route, we must can add
exchange route between two nodes with different names. but in qpid-route we
only can create route between same exchange names.
{color:red}
>>qpid-route route add dst-broker src-broker exchange-name routing-key
{color}
but we want to do:
{color:green}
>>qpid-route route add dst-broker src-broker dst-exchange src-exchange
>>routing-key
{color}
