Resolution: Fixed
Now at least connectivity related errors are correctly signalled and
distinguishable from more 'semantic' errors. There is no specific exception for
authentication failure still - in part because the 0-10 protocol doesn't define
a close code for it. Would need to rely on specific error string pattern...
leaving that for another JIRA if and when desired.
