Resolution: Not A Problem
Closing this JIRA out as 'not a problem' because this test should always have
failed against the Java broker. An underyling issue was identified as the
broker failing to validate the exchange declare arguments and close the session
because they arent supported; this has been raised as QPID-3090, with a feature
JIRA also raised seperately as QPID-3092 to add support for exxchange-declare
arguments.
