We need to release note the following change.
Before AUTO_ACK behaved the same as DUPS_OK (by default, unless sync_ack=true
was used).
All though the previous behaviour was wrong, we need to sufficiently warn users
about this change or else when they upgrade their clients to the new release
they may see a sharp drop in performance.
