The QpidRAManagedConnection class does not correctly handle non-XA transaction
state as well as username and password information in the call to creating the
underlying connection. For the non-XA transaction state, we don't account for
the user specifying transacted=true for the Session. The username password info
is completely ignored for non-XA connections.
