The JCA adapter supports both ADDR syntax, as well as BURL for backwards
compatibility. In the qpid-jca-example-properties.xml file the BURL: prefix was
removed at some point. This needs to be added back in to support BURL for the
examples though the use of BURL is strongly discouraged.
