Currently the QpidResourceAdapter, QpidActivationSpec and
QpidRAManagedConnectionFactory have unused properties, as well as the
associated getter and setter methods. While this doesn't impede functionality,
it could be confusing to a developer being that it contradicts the
documentation. Also, the dead code should be removed for clarity.
This is a general cleanup task.
