remove confusing old client examples

We have a bunch of old 'examples' for the client that are confusing, and mostly
not particularly useful examples. Some dont work, others contain non-JMS code
we shouldnt be recommending people use, and most are a bit of a jumble meaning
they arent at all clear to follow.
These files arent maintained and really do more harm than good, so they should
be removed even in the absence of comprehensive replacements (though I may know
where a set exist and hope to see about their contribution in future...).
