As Coverity describes it, I'll be able to add whomever wants, later. For 
now, they would like the following for people who want access to the Qpid 
coverity scan:

Desired login name
Name
Email address

If you send that to me, I'll collect them and forward them to Coverity. I'll 
wait til the end of Friday March 16.

Remember, for now, the Coverity scan only scans C/C++ - Coverity's Java 
support will be added at a later date.
