Fix For: 0.17
Add implementation of AMQP 1-0 as an alternative protocol to the Java Broker.
Provide an interim Java/JMS client which speaks AMQP 1-0.
Future AMQP 1-0 devellopment will be based on Proton, however the interim 1-0
implementation will be useful for AMQP 1-0 early adopters
