Currently the JCA Examples Documentation set includes one README file
encompassing all supported JEE application servers. With the addition of
Glassfish support QPID-3701 and JBoss7 QPID-3776 it would be better if the
documentation included a file per application server as it is easier to
understand and the differences between platforms is enough to warrant separate
documentation.
