The Java broker currently supports AMQP 0-8, 0-9, 0-9-1, and 0-10, with
prototype 1-0 support also in place. To allow leveraging this multi protocol
support in a variety of scenarios the broker also supports excluding particular
protocol versions from speciifc ports, or all ports.
To ease configuration of certain scenarios it would instead be preferable if
particular protocols could be included on certain ports and disabled on all
others.
