When creating a link or a bridge via the broker's QMF "create" method, the name
of the new object is now required. The qpid-route tool still uses the older
methods to create these (broker-connect, link-bridge), and it doesn't support
specifying a name for a link or bridge, so the broker defaults the link or
bridge name to a reasonable value. When using the "create" method, however, no
such defaulting takes place. I'd like to see the link and bridge names use the
same defaulting logic if no name is supplied to "create."
