I am proposing qpid-send and qpid-receive for Python client, as an equivalent
of C++ qpid-send.cpp / qpid-receive.cpp programs.
The aim was to have an equivalent copy of the C++ programs to be able to
compare performance of C++ vs. Python clients.
Base qpid version of C++ programs I used is 0.16.
