This set of patches provide an initial Ruby language binding to the Proton code
base. Additionally, it includes Ruby versions of the send and recv examples as
well as a full mail box server, post and fetch client.
Also included are a few fixes for headers to eliminate complaints from SWIG
when creating Ruby bindings, and a .gitignore entry for emacs temporary files.
