  QPID-4114: broker release now includes BDB if optional=true sys property

  QPID-3998: Add HTTPS support for the REST management interface
  QPID-4138: HA sporadic failure in ha_tests
  QPID-4144 HA broker deadlocks on broker::QueueRegistry lock and
  QPID-4145: HA Minor fixes to recovery
  QPID-4148: HA Not setting initial queues for new RemoteBackups
  QPID-4150: Display the name of queue type key(sortKey,priorities,lvqKey)
  QPID-4149: Add REST functionality to delete exchanges, queues and
  QPID-4151: Add validation for reserved exchange names into addExchange
  QPID-4156: HA close window for clients to connect before HA broker is
  QPID-4155 - Merged from trunk at revision 1363795.
  QPID-4158: HA transition to CATCHUP status too early; merged from 1363520
  QPID-4155 - Merged from trunk at revision 1363861.

Testing (and feedback!) is always encouraged, but with this number of
changes appearing after beta, we appreciate it still more.  Test it in
your environment, and post the results to the list.
