I'm having trouble with JIRA today. When I try to create an issue I get a red dialog with something like:
com.atlassian.jira.util.RuntimeIOException: java.io.IOException: read past EOF The issue is nonetheless created, but is missing a bunch of buttons: there's no 'start progress', 'resolve' or 'workflow'.
