We currently only publish the final release maven artefacts for the Java
components to repository.apache.org (from where they get synced to maven
central). Whilst we do perfom a nightly build of the maven artifacts on
Jenkins, we dont currently publish the output anywhere else except Jenkins.
It would be helpful for others if we deployed them to the snapshots repo at
repository.apache.org.
