In order to use standalone clients with the JCA adaptor it is necessary to have
qpid-ra-0.XX.jar in the classpath. Otherwise, you get a CNF exception. All
other dependencies have been put in the central Maven repo. Please make
qpid-ra one of the uploads as well.
