Two HA bug fixes, already on trunk:
1. r1424169 QPID-4516: Sporadic failure in ha_tests
test_failover_send_receive
This one fixes some significant bugs and only affects the qpid/ha
subdirectory.
2. r1424617 Bug 886656 - HA backup broker does not properly increment
the alternate exchange user count
("Bug 886656" is a mistake, it should be "QPID-4509")
This one fixes a bug in HA alternate exchange handling. It does involve
a minor change in the qpid/broker directory but the change simplifies
the existing code and fixes a latent bug in store recovery as a side
effect. It has been reviewed by Ken Giusti.
