Half of the ChannelCloseTest class is already commented out, and the rest is
making use of 0-8/0-9/0-9-1 specific protocol commands to conduct a test of
limited value.
ChannelCloseOkTest states that it is testing a behaviour of the broker that is
actually not what the broker even does in the situation specific (closing a
channel upon receiving an unroutable message), and we have other tests already
(such as ImmediateAndMandatoryPublishingTest) that test the broker does do what
is expected in that situation. The test is at best redundant.
These tests will be removed as part of our ongoing effort to gradually tidy up
the test suite.
