This is a contribution of work based on Qpid Proton. It is currently called
"Qpid Nexus" but should probably be renamed at some point.
Nexus is a library with a set of APIs for building AMQP infrastruture. It
allows Proton-C to be run in a multi-threaded process. It provides timers,
resilient connections, and a container for AMQP nodes that terminate links.
