Attached a brief proposal for an initial prototype for "proton routing". No attempt is made to enumerate all the uses cases we should/couuld cover. Instead it proposes a basic framework and 2 interesting use cases to drive the initial prototype. Implementing those 2 cases will give us some insight into what is needed for a production version.
