Use "cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo" or "cmake
-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release", in both cases there are compilation warnings
treated as errors that stop the build.
Use "make install" and get this error:
$ grep cproton.so results_qpid-proton/0.4/2.2.el5/build.log
