I've attached some code which could be used to dynamically generate the
SSLSocketFactory for each LDAP Authentication Manager. This only addresses the
issue of dynamic class generation - it does not actually contain the necessary
work to generate the SSLContext for the auth manager. It adds a dependency on
the Apache BCEL library for the class file generation.
