Robbie pointed out to me that there seem to be a number of files in the release
which do not have the appropriate Apache License included. Attached is the
patch for those files which I seem to have omitted the license for when adding.
Apologies for these. (This patch does not cover files with missing licenses for
which I wasn't the original committer).
As an aside we should really be running RAT in an automated way, and ensuring
that we address any such issues early in the release process.
