Description:
Need a test to verify all clients fail over correctly in a HA cluster using
virtual IP or multi-address URLs.
The new test script is run manually against an exiting cluster setup with
virtual IP.
It is configured with the location of each client (defaults to location in a
built checkout) and two cluster URLs: virtual IP and multi-address.
For each client (c++, python, java, ...) and each URL type (virtual IP and
multi-address) it runs a send/receive pair, causes a failure while running and
verifies the results.
