Kim van der Riet resolved QPID-5123.

Resolution: Fixed
Names of subdirectories for header and libs have changed. The finddb.cmake
needed to be modified to look in the correct locations. Also found one instance
in MessageStoreImpl.cpp where db.h was being directly accessed rather than
through the generated file db-inc.h.
