Fix For: 0.25
LVQs and MessageGroup queues require the broker to read a particular property
from a message. For an AMQP 1.0 message this is not yet implemented, so these
queue types do not work as expected.
(Just for extra info, selectors use Message::processProperties() rather than
Message::getPropertyAsString() which is why they are not affected).
