The client/server example won't work against ActiveMQ as the qpid::messaging
client attempts to parse the reply-to which is not in the 'expected' format.
Likewise the reply-to address on messages sent through proton messenger are
misinterpreted (though in that case the client can't really use them to send a
reply).
