Robbie Gemmell commented on QPIDJMS-5:
--------------------------------------
Hi Troy,
I believe you might have (understandably) posted this to the wrong JIRA project.
I presume you are using the Qpid 0.24 AMQP 1.0 JMS client in your testing?
Issues for that should be filed at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID
rather than here. This is a separate JIRA project specifically for a disinct
JMS 2.0 client to be created around the Qpid Proton AMQP 1.0 library.
Also, when you raise the new JIRA it would good if you could confirm if in
addition to Service Bus and ActiveMQ 5.8.0, whether you have tested this
against either of the Qpid brokers or the Active MQ 5.9.0 codebase (I believe a
formal release is due very soon for this)...i.e, how sure are you it is
actually a client bug?
Regards,
Robbie

> Reporter: Troy Collinsworth
>
> While producer.send with system property sync_publish=true against activemq
> block failing to return, the same scenario works fine against Microsoft Azure
> Service Bus.
> This interferes with testing isolated local systems without remote MS ASB
> integration.
