I'm investigating a failing test since this updated. We are seeing test
HAClusterManagementTest.
testRestartNodeWithNewPortNumberWithoutFirstCallingUpdateAddressThrowsAnException
fail about 60-70% of the time when tested on the IBM JDK. When the failure
manifests, the restarted node hangs (rather than generating the expected
exception) until the test harness gives up and kills the node.
