Test HAClusterManagementTest.
testRestartNodeWithNewPortNumberWithoutFirstCallingUpdateAddressThrowsAnException
fails sporadically when run against the IBM JDK on a virtualised box.
When the test fails, the restarted node (always the master), fails to producte
the expected exception and appears to hang. The test end when the test harness
times out the node restart.
