When sessions are remotely ended and links are remotely detached, the library
throws a JMSException to the Connection's registered ExceptionListener. Other
than through descriptive text, these exceptions don't identify which link or
session is affected. The improvement is to provide this information so as to
make it easier to build an automated fault-recovery scheme in an app.
