It's only the pages queue tests in a Debug build that take too long and times
out, in Release or RelWithDebInfo the test does complete after some time.
Perhaps it would be better to just vastly decrease the number of messages in a
Debug build. This change means that he paged queue code doesn't really get leak
checked.
I think what we need is a build switch to turn long running tests on and off.
