Hmm, that's annoying, although I don't think it makes this the necessarily the
wrong thing to do - as this change was really motivated by being able to use
the "install" area for further build testing in another jenkins job (on perhaps
a different machine). It does mean that the packaging process(es) will need to
remove the debug libraries from packages though.
As an aside it does make shipping any debug *executable* fairly pointless
though (shipping debug libraries in an sdk should be fine as you can assume
that developers have access to debug versions of the ms libraries)
