Changing the AuthenticationProvider (amongst other attributes) on a Port
requires a broker restart to become effective. This is mentioned in the docs
(and it is also possible to create a new port with the desired authentication
provider without a restart) but it isn't clear from the web ui that this is the
case, we should make it clearer (or alternatively make changes to remove this
limitation entirely).
