Description:
The qpid test scripts will not run under FreeBSD because they have a hardcoded
notion that bash is found at /bin/bash. However under FreeBSD it is actually
found in /usr/local/bin/bash.
We need to change the line which says {{"\#\!/bin/bash"}} to
{{"\#\!/usr/bin/env bash"}}
