I.e. Using the following address with drain:
"amq.fanout;
{link:{name:q,x-declare:{exclusive:False},x-subscribe:{exclusive:False}}}"
the JMS version sets the exclusive flag on the queue-declare and on the
message-subscribe, whereas the python and c++ versions honour the flag as
specified in the address.
