Fix For: 0.26
The qmfgen install ignores the install prefix. An unprivileged install will
fail:
http://people.apache.org/~jross/qpid-cpp-0.26-rc2-make-install-to-prefix.txt
Worse, a privileged install can overwrite system-installed code.
