Fix For: 0.27
IoSender may throw a timeout related SenderException earlier than it should,
due to the timeout calculation accumlating successive interval values where it
shouldn't. It isn't clear that this situation could really occur in actual use
except via spurious wakeups, but it is a (long standing) bug either way.
